Dawes Rigging & Crane Rental is seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Branch Manager. In this hands-on position, you will report to the General Manager to provide senior oversight of a company affiliate to ensure profitable business operations. This is a full-time, exempt position with a comprehensive Benefits package in a casual office environment.
Essential Functions
Effectively manages and provides senior-level oversight of resources (time, people, and money) to ensure profitable business operations. Liaising with branch leaders to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
Manages financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating trends and business volumes; aligns business resources to achieve company goals, and measures and analyzes business results.
Delivers quality and timely solutions for customers. Develops goals and achieves positive business results. Knows the company’s products and services, understands the competitive landscape, and leverages the company’s strengths to obtain new business and maintain existing business.
Builds & maintains effective teams and relationships with others. Consistently seeks to hire and retain top talent.
Develops others and recognizes employee contributions.
Effectively communicates up, down, and across the organization.

Skills and Experience Requirements
Must have intermediate - advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to learn ERP system, NexGen.
Experience with heavy construction equipment is required.
Able to work in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines.
Able to sit for longs periods of time.
Able to use phone, computer and other office equipment.
