POSITION PURPOSE
We are hiring a Senior Legal Counsel to be a member of the Commercial Contracts team, a global team whose other members are based in London, Singapore, and the U.S. This lawyer will work from the legal department in T. Rowe Price’s offices in Owings Mills, MD with other lawyers from the Commercial Contracts team and where other lawyers provide a range of legal services to T. Rowe Price.
This position will report to Managing Legal Counsel on the Commercial Contracts team. The position provides counsel and advice on outsourcing, technology, and other supplier transactions for goods and services across the enterprise and for specific offices in the US and EMEA, as further set forth below. It requires knowledge of general contract principles, and foundational understanding of applicable laws and regulations across relevant jurisdictions that impact these transactions including intellectual property, privacy / data protection, data governance, AI, cybersecurity, information governance and security, and other regulatory matters.

Base salary ranges:
$173,500.00 - $296,000.00 for the location of: California, New YorkPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
