Role Summary 

Our Individual Investors business is looking for an experienced leader to manage durable analytics and reporting. You will lead a high-impact team of analytics professionals leveraging leading edge data and analytics technology.  In this role, you will lead the implementation of a scalable self-service analytics and reporting strategy and platform for a business with over 1.3M customers and over $200M in AUM. The ideal candidate will possess a track record of building and developing high performance business intelligence and analytics teams.  You will consult and collaborate with a broad stakeholder and partner base to create a strategy that enables data-driven decision making at scale, leveraging technology BI and journey analytics platforms like Tableau, PowerBI, Adobe Analytics and Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, and developing data and analytics literacy across various business teams.

Responsibilities


  • Leads the data analytics activities for assigned areas. Manages and executes implementation plans for process improvements. Ensures staff have all required resources to execute their assigned activities and escalates as required.


  • Leads the team's data deliverables while managing related documentation through more junior managers. Leads the team's production of management reporting and analyses. Ensures the highest level of quality assurance and data integrity for services provided and contributes to the successful achievement of functional performance targets.


  • Establishes data analysis standards, policies, and procedures for assigned units or the firm and ensures that the procedures align with the strategic goals and operational objectives.


  • Translates complex technical concepts and analyses to nontechnical audiences. Delivers results to senior leaders.


  • Champions and manages special projects supporting functional or business initiatives.


Qualifications

Required:


  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience AND


  • 8+ years of total relevant work experience


Preferred:


  • 2+ years of management experience


  • Demonstrated track record of leading and developing high performing business intelligence, reporting and analytics teams


  • Strategic, consultative leader who partners and collaborates effectively with stakeholders across sales, marketing, client service, client experience, finance and similar business areas


  • Deep knowledge of platforms and tools used to deliver reporting and analytics at scale


FINRA Requirements

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.  

 

Work Flexibility

This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to two days a week from home.  

Base Salary Ranges

Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity.

$131,000.00 - $223,500.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$144,000.00 - $246,000.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$163,500.00 - $279,500.00 for the location of: New York, California

Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role.  Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.  Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
