Employee Value Proposition: 

Exciting opportunity for an intern to gain broad exposure across various segments of the pharmaceutical business in the commercial team. The intern will have the opportunity to function as a marketing liaison with the oncology sales leadership team.

Position Summary: 

  • Summer intern will be integrated into the Inqovi brand team and will be responsible for commercial project assignments aimed at effectively reaching both patients and their healthcare providers (HCPs) through omnichannel marketing principles. Including but not limited to creation of in-line and launch marketing materials, key performance indicators (data and analytics), in addition to analysis of market intelligence. 

Performance Objectives: 


  • Marketing Materials: Work with the Brand lead in development and execution of promotional marketing materials (HCP and patient)

  • Compliance:  Understand and ensure marketing materials adhere to promotion review committee standards.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Communicate, align, and coordinate with core cross-functional team including medical affairs, market access, market research, sales, and vendor partners.

  • Market Insights: Gather, organize, and synthesize marketplace information (e.g., analyst reports for key accounts, innovative approaches, technologies, etc.).

  • Business Impact: Support efforts to help the Marketing team develop meaningful materials and track impactful performance of campaigns and Pull-Through efforts.

  • Omnichannel Customer Experience Initiatives: Elevate key HCP & patient initiatives to maximize brand performance.

  • Strategic Platform: Assist in creation of 2026 brand planning efforts.

  • Additional Opportunities: Deliver on ad-hoc requests from brand leadership.

Education/Certification Requirements: 

  • Candidate should be in an accredited degree-granting college or university upcoming junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate degree in marketing.

  • Experience in marketing or communications preferred.

  • Working knowledge of MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $18 and $22 per hour. This pay range is based on the market range for positions of this type. However, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a sign-on bonus, restricted stock units, commissions, and discretionary awards in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

If hired, employee will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
