A day in the life.



As our Sales
Manager on the Minnesota and Wisconsin Sales team, you will be responsible for leading, training, and developing all Minnesota and Wisconsin Emerging Producers. You will support our new producers by outlining internal and external training opportunities, providing timely and authentic feedback, and setting clear goals to support successful validation. You will collaborate with local, regional, and national sales leadership teams to leverage existing programs and provide feedback to shape future programs available to producers. In addition, in this role you will partner closely with Practice Leaders on deal strategy.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:


  • 5+ years Sales management/office leadership experience required.

  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills, ability to build internal/external relationships and develop long-term strategic relationships

  • Strong leadership dynamics with the ability to share a vision, provide direction, build a strong team, collaborate with others, implement change and motivate others to succeed

  • Strong client experience skills with a proved record of successfully developing and implementing business development and client retention programs.



These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • Previous experience in Business Insurance/Commercial Lines, Employee Health and Benefits and/or B2B sales preferred.
