Under limited supervision performs a wide variety of specialized, complex tasks in support of the customized -business requirements of the Operations team. Interprets and implements financial and accounting concepts or techniques for financial planning and analysis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Prepare monthly company forecasts for senior management
Research, compile, analyze and interpret company financial data
Assist in monthly financial accounting reviews
Perform ad-hoc financial modeling and analyses
Participate in annual budgeting process
May process payables including expense reports.
Ensure invoices are accurate and sent out in a timely manner.
Monitor office supplies, order replacement supplies as needed. Maintain file of service providers
Works on monthly operational process such as accounts payable, revenue processing and Travel & Expense
Works on projects of moderate complexity.
May coordinate financial analysis matters with other departments, locations and divisions.
May perform other duties as assigned
Provide effective and consistent customer service to clients, management and local staff.
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in finance/accounting or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 2-3 years of previous financial analysis accounting experience.
Intermediate knowledge of PC applications such as MS-Excel ad MS-Word.
Experience with computerized accounting systems a plus.
Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 annually
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
