Position: Senior Product Manager

Duties: Curate seller experiences to accelerate Walmart's offsite advertising and marketing programs, including Walmart WMC Demand side platforms for third party sellers, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing, and social media advertising campaigns. Develop short and long-term product strategies and roadmaps for the Walmart Marketplace business. Evaluate business opportunities and translate business needs and customer and seller pain points into product roadmaps, engineering specifications, and underlying system dependencies to deliver customer benefits and meet financial goals. Run competitive intelligence on Walmart eCommerce competitors and conduct internal data assessments to uncover new opportunities and turn them into insights that align with company goals. Facilitate seamless communication on product trajectories and decisions. Liaison with internal and cross-functional stakeholders, including engineering teams, operational teams, customer support teams, Walmart account management teams, and marketing teams. Build detailed product requirement documents, end to end execution roadmaps, and agile execution plans based on rigorous prioritization using relevant prioritization frameworks. Work with cross-functional teams to translate the product plans into engineering sprints. Lead meetings with internal stakeholders to communicate product plans, status updates, risks, and key outcomes. Partner with user experience designers to create a cohesive user journey across Walmart Marketplace seller tools. Use product usage data to track the value delivered, uncover improvement opportunities, measure adoption of Walmart's products, and take data driven decisions. This position does not supervise employees.



Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 3 years of experience in product management; OR Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering (Any), or related area and 5 years of experience in product management.



Skills required: Experience with economic analysis and corporate strategy. Experience with product management, product strategy, roadmap development, and prioritization. Experience executing data gathering and data analysis and creating presentations and visualization using SQL, Tableau, and Python. Experience with competitive research and benchmarking. Experience with Agile Product Development using JIRA and Confluence tools. Experience creating business communications, corporate presentations, and business case documentation. Experience with product design, user research, and journey mapping. Experience with application architecture and technical design for software systems. Experience creating technical documentation that includes product requirements and functional specifications. Experience with people management. Experience with advertising ecosystems, advertising tools, and social media advertising. Employer will accept any amount of experience with the required skills.




Salary Range: $158,746/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
