Our client is a leading auto dealership in Pinellas county that is dedicated to providing exceptional service and a wide selection of vehicles. They pride themselves on their customer-focused approach and aim to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. They are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the dealership.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and visitors warmly and assist them as needed.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales consultations.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient dealership operations.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.
Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm: Saturdays 8:30am to 6pm
