Job Description:

Our client is a leading auto dealership in Pinellas county that is dedicated to providing exceptional service and a wide selection of vehicles. They pride themselves on their customer-focused approach and aim to create a welcoming atmosphere for our clients. They are seeking a friendly and organized Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at the dealership.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Greet customers and visitors warmly and assist them as needed.

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner.

  • Schedule appointments for vehicle service and sales consultations.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.

  • Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient dealership operations.


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.

  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment.

  • A positive attitude and a customer-centric approach.


Schedule:



  • Tuesday to Friday, 3pm to 7pm: Saturdays 8:30am to 6pm
