Responsibilities:
Provide technical support by setting up, testing, and maintaining computer systems to ensure operational readiness for aerospace maintenance and support operations.
Set up and test systems and hardware components before field deployment.
Provide personal computer repair and troubleshooting for all company departments.
Analyze failed equipment to determine if in-house repairs are possible or if vendor services are required.
Perform standard repairs and component testing for equipment serviced in-house.
Test incoming repaired items from vendors to confirm proper functionality.
Conduct preventive and on-demand maintenance on personal computer equipment.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant technical experience, including system imaging.
Skills:
Ability to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware and software systems.
Experience with preventive maintenance and basic computer repair processes.
