Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in the maritime space is looking for a Senior .Net Developer located in Houston, TX.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test .NET/WPF desktop applications


• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and create a design to realize the best solution


• Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good coding practices and habits


• To ensure that the development and unit testing is in accordance with established standards


• Participate in reviews of solution designs and related code


• Analyze and resolve technical and application problems and identify opportunities for improvement


• Package and support deployment of releases

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5+ years of experience


• Expert in .NET/C#, WPF


• In-depth knowledge of MVVM frameworks, Dependency Injection


• Experience with Commercial UI toolkits like Telerik, DevExpress, Infragistics, or others


• Experience with Visual Studio 2019+, Blend


• Experience with Azure DevOps - CI/CD, GitHub


• Experience with Unit Testing the Code using VS Tools


• .Net development experience


• WPF experience


• Experience wiht C#

Highly desired:

• Scrum Certified


• Experience with Data Modeling


• Experience with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
