Project Manager
Charlotte, NC - hybrid
Summary of the role
The Project Manager will be joining our Service & Rehabilitation (SR) team who covers the side of our business with smaller and shorter projects. Projects range in size and scope, but routinely span from component assessment, design, and procurement to site installation and commissioning.
The following responsibilities form the core of this role:
Successfully overseeing a project through the entire project life cycle. Ability to foresee risks and recognize scope creep and mitigate and be proactive
Effectively managing project functions for engineering, procurement, installation, and commissioning, while maintaining all proper communication channels ensuring Customer satisfaction.
Responsible for contract compliance, cost, schedule performance, forecasting, submittals, technical drawings, quality, regulatory conformity, claims, cost recovery, and client relations.
Lead regular team meetings. Stakeholder management and identification as well as coaching and development of project team members

BSc, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related study.
PMI or PE Preferred
5+ year's experience managing complex projects in a heavy industrial environment.
Experience with developing and managing intricate schedules, projecting and controlling costs.
Computers skills required are Primavera P6, MS Projects and MS Office Suite.
Proven ability to oversee project execution and administration, coordinate field personnel, effect cost recovery, and handle technical submittals, manuals, and drawings.
Proven success in customer/vendor relations.
Savvy negotiator with exceptional organizational skills.
Able and willing to travel 10%.
