Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.


  • Provides project or program support to a functional group or business process.

  • Monitors program/project/system status, budgets and timetables.

  • Applies knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures.

  • Gathers and compiles information for reports.

  • Provides technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding.

  • Create and update Value Stream Maps across the different Business Units on site. Analyze and identify opportunities for business improvements.

  • Support brainstorming sessions with SMEs, Managers, Supervisors, and other key players for project ideation.

  • Identify opportunities and gather information by leading Gemba walks with team leaders and supervisors and other key players.

  • Identify 5S opportunities to assure the safety and accessibility of our employees.

  • Lead and support kaizen events across site for business units with project leaders.

  • Perform time studies and analyze the results to assist SMEs with opportunities identification and problem resolution.

  • Revise Manufacturing Procedures to assure processes are being followed accordingly to process documentation.

  • Train employees across site for 5S, 5Whys, Policy Deployment and Value Stream Map Excellence.

  • Gather and compile information for Kaizen's, Zero Loss & VAVE events.

  • Participate in Tier 1 & 2 meetings to provide support in the Policy Deployment Standard.

  • Develops, implements, and sustains process improvement initiatives utilizing Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.

  • Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Must Have: Minimum Requirements

  • Requires minimum of 4 years of relevant experience .

Nice to Have:


  • LSS Yellow or Green Belt Certification.

  • Bilingual (Spanish and English).

  • Knowledge in Excel, Power Point, Visio, CAD, MS Project, Minitab, SPC, Statistical and Process Improvement Tools.

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
