This job will have the following responsibilities:
Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful project delivery
Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment
Provides guidance and support to the field service team during installation and start-up
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety regulations and project specifications
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact
Oversee the allocation of resources, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project efficiency
Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints
Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Qualifications & Requirements:
BS Degree in Engineering Preferred
2+ years experience working in the manufacturing industry
Great communications
Strong SAP knowledge
Able To Travel
Must Be able To Work Onsite
