We provide registered agent services nationwide for our legal clients. We save time and reduce the workload of our clients by acting as a competent extension of their team. Our Compliance & Document Specialist team partner with internal Account Managers, Secretaries of State and additional external stakeholders to ensure we have accurate and timely filings on behalf of our clients.

As an expert in Corporate Filings, State Filings or Jurisdictional Research with a focus on attention to detail and time management, this role holder will be the guiding hand as we deliver corporate fillings on behalf of our clients.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Research, prepare, and file corporate paperwork for companies nationwide and offshore (i.e., formation filings, business registrations, amendments, governance updates, etc.)
Interacting with clients to obtain financial and other state required information required to complete state filings.
Research corporate filing requirements and procedures in various jurisdictions
Collaborate with other compliance specialists on large projects.
Send documents to clients, vendors, and government agencies through custom and unique delivery methods.
What will you bring to the role?
As you've probably gathered by now, we are looking for somebody with a real passion for customer success and will have the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve client success.
Other key skills required for the role include:
Completion of High School Diploma or GED required.
2 years Registered Agent/Corporate Filing at the Secretary of State experience preferred
State Filings: Researching requirements, auditing entities, preparing documents
Jurisdictional Research: Navigating filing procedures across various states.
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Positive, enthusiastic person with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - strong spelling and grammar skills a must
Proficient with MAC Operating System and MS Office Suite (Intermediate level Word, Excel, PowerPoint usage)
Must be a self-starter and able to work independently with little supervision.
Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet strict deadlines.

Compensation. The base pay range for this role is $24 - $28/hour. This base pay range is specific to North Palm Beach FL and may not be applicable to other locations.
