Job Description:

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Project Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for the coordination and completion of various projects across multiple functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3-5 evolving projects over a five-year span, implementing a Group Purchasing Organization (GPO)
- Define project scope, identify risks, allocate resources, and provide subject matter expertise based on established project management techniques
- Make presentations to management on project updates, project cycle, and expected results
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope
- Manage vendor and service providers to define project scope and performance expectations
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including resource assignments, schedules, and dependencies
- Monitor and report progress throughout the project life cycle, using appropriate project planning and scheduling tools
- Ensure adherence to established financial close procedures and governance guidelines
- Apply project life cycle methodology and tools to drive project quality
- Identify and forecast variances and trends throughout the project lifecycle to ensure that project schedules and resource requirements are met

The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of supply chain, procurement, and/or Group Purchasing Organizations. One of the three project managers will need additional experience and knowledge in Finance and Microsoft Excel.

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Smartsheet

This role is primarily remote, however, occasional travel may be required for on-site workshops. Candidates must be prepared to complete a background check & drug screen upon offer.
