A day in the life.
As our Operations Specialist on the Private Client team, you'll be the point of contact for departmental-specific technology, training, operational procedures, employee work audits, and carrier/vendor educational opportunities. In addition, you will provide proactive client service to an assigned book of business to stay current on industry trends and provide strategy and market guidance to team members.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
Working knowledge of Personal Lines with 3 years of industry experience and demonstrated relationship management skills.
Experience managing, implementing, and renewing small personal lines policies.
Proficiency with eMMA and Microsoft 365. Ability to coordinate multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables, with effective problem-solving and resolution skills.
Strong organizational, project planning and management, analytical and multi-tasking skills.
Ability to communicate and maintain confidentiality.
Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills
State Property/Casualty insurance license required.
