Volt is immediately hiring for Assembly Workers in Fairfield Ohio
Clean, climate controlled work environment. Learn a new skill (wiring schematics and blueprint reading)
As an Assembler you will:
Set-up and operates equipment, including tooling and controls.
Read schematics and written instruction
Makes necessary adjustments to tools and equipment
Work in a warehouse or production setting
Perform all quality checks on inventory/parts prior to assembly
Learn to read electrical schematics and become familiar and skilled in usage of all tools required to wire gear.
Wire Switch gear
Perform basic to complex assembly
Meet/Exceed production standards; hitting goals and working safely at every point in the manufacturing process
This is a Fulltime contract to hire opportunity.
1st 5am-3:30pm Mon-Thurs
2nd 6:30pm-5am Mon-Thurs
The ideal assembly candidate will have:
High School diploma or GED
Steel Toe boots with metatarsal covers
Good attendance and punctuality
Experience with hand, power and measurement tools
Pay Rate:$20 per hour 1st shift and $20 per hour Plus a $2 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift
