Luxury Furniture Showroom Sales AssociateSeeking a Sales Associate for a luxury furniture showroom located in West Hollywood. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-end furniture or retail sales and a background in design, with an understanding of our affluent clientele's needs. It's essential that they fit in culturally with the showroom environment and have a strong knowledge of the West Hollywood area. Key Responsibilities:
Engage with clients in a professional and personable manner.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of luxury furniture and design trends.
Effectively communicate and build relationships with high-net-worth clients.
Maintain the showroom's upscale appearance and ensure that it reflects our brand's values.
Work collaboratively with a small team of 3 in the department.
Requirements:
Background in design or previous experience in high-end furniture retail.
Present a polished, professional appearance; well-dressed and confident in a luxury setting.
Ability to work Monday to Friday, 10 AM - 6 PM, with flexibility to work one weekend day per week.
Must align with the luxury culture and vibe of the West Hollywood area.
Compensation:
$20 per hour plus commissions which are based on a % of gross sales.
Temp-to-hire, with potential for direct hire for the right candidate. Their goal is to convert this position to permanent.
