As a part of the Operations Department, you are responsible for efficiency of production while preserving the integrity and quality of products. The Supervisor maintains a safe and productive working environment while coaching and supervising their team members. The majority of the supervisors time will be spent on the production floor identifying improvement opportunities, monitoring safety, production, quality, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practices and corporate standards.

100% on-site,
Targeted for 2nd Shift, 11pm-7am, Monday through Friday; must be willing to work a flexible schedule as needed, including occasional weekends and early shift start for pass down purposes
Reports to: Production Leader
In this role you will:
Directly manages all shift activities and objectives of their department, in conjunction with managers across shifts or departments, with on the floor support for technicians during production, sanitation, and securing technical support when needed
Supports the Company and site safety policies. Coaches and acts as a role model for safe working practices. Leads observations to promote safe working conditions
Coach, train and motivate employees under their supervision to achieve high performance.
Owns results and completes paperwork, reports and scorecard/results inputs for shift
Conducts root cause analysis using continuous improvement tools to identify and eliminate manufacturing defects and losses.
Work collaboratively with leaders on HR, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve issues. Facilitates conflict resolution on team and between other teams to achieve successful outcomes.
Ensures effective communication on their team during shift, between shifts, and with other departmental resources
Ensure staff is following work rules and GMP compliance at all times.
General equipment troubleshooting and support for team member troubleshooting activities, with appropriate escalation as needed
Deliver quality products and services through continuous improvement; Adhere to company standards and operating procedures.
Works to further develop their personal leadership and technical skills
Tools and Equipment. All tools and equipment which are required to be used by the employees shall be supplied and kept in repair by the Employer at no cost to the employee. These items must be kept on the premises.

What we are looking for:
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or GED
1-3 years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment or 1+ years of leadership experience with a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Continuous Improvement or Food Science.
Able to provide leadership and prioritization in designated area
Good communication skills, including the ability to give and receive feedback in a positive manner
Operate computer software programs such as Microsoft Excel or other applications
Additional skills and experience that we think would make someone successful in this role:
Experience in food and beverage manufacturing
A bachelor's degree in Continuous Improvement, Food Science, Engineering, or related field
