Salary: $70,000.00 USD Annually - $85,000.00 USD Annually
Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for 1st shift! Located in Northern California.
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Supervise production areas as assigned.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary working environment.
- Train and develop employees and maintain employee morale.
- Oversee procedures to meet and exceed production schedules, production efficiencies and budget objectives.
- Maintain company policies and procedures.
- Maintain cost effective use of supplies and equipment.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in Food Manufacturing
- Working knowledge of USDA food processing, food safety regulations, HACCP, GMP's and OSHA guidelines
- Experience with tray pack operations required
- Ability to work with all levels of management.
- Strong problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Solid experience with Word and Excel
