What you will do:
Collaborate with other lines of business to provide our customers with best solution for their needs.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales representatives in your area.
Analyze and review sales of all products (HMA, Aggregates, Sand and Gravel, etc.)
Be active in Community Relations, Trade Associations and Government Affairs.
Review and approve pricing changes for products at multiple locations.
Travel throughout your territory visiting customers and supporting the sales team.
