Location: Eden Prairie, MN 55344 Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with 2 Saturdays required per month (November 30th and December 7th)
Mandatory In-Office Days - Non-Negotiable: Must be available to work every Friday and Saturday listed below. Overtime pay is provided for any hours exceeding 40 per week.

Job Responsibilities:
Handle a large volume of inbound calls and inquiries related to holiday items such as Christmas lights, artificial trees, and other seasonal decorations.
Understand customer needs by using a script and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
Adhere to established communication standards, policies, and guidelines.
Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally.
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Accurate grammar and spelling are critical.
A customer-focused attitude with the ability to adapt to various customer personalities.
Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and managing time effectively.
Prior call center experience or strong phone experience
