Location: Eden Prairie Minnesota 55347



Location Type: Hybrid (however 2 weeks training in office & after training 1 day a month in the office. Training is Monday thru Friday 4pm to 12 am for the first 2 weeks



Pay range: 19.50 hr.

Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Provide shipment information, create orders, activate shipments, builds/assigns loads, schedule appointments, track and trace shipments and enter events & Invoices

  • Deliver operational excellence to customers, carriers, and suppliers.

  • Execute tasks focusing on quality and efficiency, including:

  • Auditing load information for accuracy.

  • Managing a shared inbox for customer and supplier communication.

  • Proactively addressing exceptions and proposing solutions.

  • Handling urgent communications and coordinating with C.H. Robinson's internal teams.

  • Providing shipment information and creating and activating shipments.

  • Tracking and tracing shipments.

  • Invoicing and entering event data.

  • Document events following SOPs and escalate issues as needed.




Requirements:



  • High school diploma or GED

  • Previous customer service experience

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams

  • Previous customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Demonstrated communication, prioritization, and time management skills

  • Prior work experience requiring attention to detail and accuracy

  • Values a diverse and inclusive work environment

  • Background check including education and employment verification prior to starting
