Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in need of a Project Coordinator in Lathrop, CA. The Project Coordinator will provide support for the Infrastructure of an ongoing Manufacturing Plant.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating field inspections, tracking field progress, providing schedule updates and supporting the PM to issue weekly updates


• Construction administration process: RFIs/follow up, architect/engineer emails go out with questions/follow up.


• Managing RFIs & submittals


• Schedule work to be executed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Computer skills


• Experience with Teams, Outlook, Excel, etc.


• MEP background (or structural) is ideal


• Exposure to MEP preferred


• Fast learner and technical savvy


• Proactive approach, go getter

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
