Job Description:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Lathrop, CA is looking for a Project Engineer for a 3-month contract role.

Duties Include:

• Project Engineer will support large, design build, and self-performed construction projects


• Ensure on time, or ahead of time delivery of construction projects, enabling your teams to solve problems and prioritize execution


• As a Project Engineer, you will promote a safe and quality driven culture, both project and companywide


• Employ a can-do attitude, ensuring all stakeholders are engaged and aligned to the project's goals

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ideally 1-3 years of experience on large commercial or industrial construction projects; Manufacturing preferred


• Knowledge and exposure to Mechanical, electrical, life safety and controls scopes


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Construction software


• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation skills are a must

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
