The Senior Director, Territory Operations leads multiple regions for retail operations with accountability for safety, customer experience, financial performance and expenses, achievement of KPIs, operational efficiencies, team and asset management. The Senior Director, Territory Operations leads region teams to meet operational and financial metrics, create best practices and/or solutions to work more efficiently, and drive collaboration cross functionally so that teams can deliver propane safely, on-time, and effectively to our customers each day. Develops and builds high performing teams that demonstrate UGI’s core values and behaviors while achieving operational and financial targets.

The pay for this position ranges from $162,000.00 to 238,000.00, depending on circumstances including an applicant’s skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Additional compensation includes eligibility to earn a performance-based bonus or commissions on completed sales.
