Voyatek is seeking applicants to occupy the position of QA Tester within our team.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure all acceptance criteria are met.

  • Implement and monitor automated and manual test scripts to assess the functionality, reliability, performance, and quality of products and services.

  • Collaborate closely with software engineers to gain an in-depth understanding of product architecture and features.

  • Create and maintain data scenarios to support test plans and test cases, ensuring accurate and effective testing processes.

  • Identify, document, and track bugs to resolution, ensuring timely closure of all issues.

  • Recommend, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective actions to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Compile and analyze statistical data to support quality assurance activities and decision-making.

  • Ensure user expectations are consistently met throughout the testing process.

  • Maintain quality assurance policies and procedures in alignment with industry standards.

  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and product issues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure ongoing compliance with quality assurance standards and industry regulatory requirements.




Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

  • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on quality assurance.

  • Proficiency in using QA tools such as JIRA, DevOps, Postman, and Selenium for
    testing, tracking, and automation.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly
    articulate technical information.

  • Strong computer skills, including knowledge of QA databases and testing
    applications.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.



Preferred:



  • 2+ years of experience in the Department of Revenue domain, with a deep understanding of its unique requirements and challenges.

  • Automate End-to-End (E2E) testing efforts, coordinating with cross-domain teams to ensure thorough coverage.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. This includes, but is not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and geographic location. At Voyatek, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current


annual range is $80,800 to $129,300. This position may be eligible for a discretionary bonus. This position is classified as exempt in accordance with applicable law.
