Key Responsibilities:
Litigation: Support for real estate litigation cases. Duties include calendaring, scheduling, docketing, document organization, drafting pleadings, discovery, and client communication.
Administrative: Manage deadlines for tax filings, attorney registrations, and corporate filings; handle monthly billing and invoicing; maintain office supplies and assist with client communications.
Top Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience; real estate preferred.
Skills: Project management, excellent proofreading, and writing abilities.
Office Tasks: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain filing systems.
