Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Document Processors to join our team. This role is integral to ensure the precise and efficient handling of mortgage-related documentation, supporting the entire loan processing workflow. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in mortgage, financial services, or loan processing, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and adherence to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform detailed data entry and validation of mortgage loan information.
Manage and coordinate third-party service orders, such as title searches, appraisals, insurance certifications, credit checks, and more.
Thoroughly review and verify the accuracy and completeness of mortgage documents.
Respond professionally to inquiries from borrowers, loan officers, and third parties via phone, email, or chat.
Actively monitor and manage work queues, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all loan-related tasks.
Partner with internal teams to resolve issues and maintain smooth workflow operations.
Maintain compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations, promoting best practices across all loan processing activities.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Prior mortgage, financial services, or loan processing experience required.
Strong knowledge of mortgage documentation and regulatory requirements.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
