Our client, one of the top law firms in the Philadelphia area, is seeking a talented and motivated Billing Associate to join their presitigious accounting and billing teams on a contract-to-hire basis. Billing Associate
$25-28/hour + 1.5 OT ($55-60K when converts to perm)
HYBRID role - 2 days a week in Philadelphia office
WILL PROVIDE EXTENSIVE TRAINING!!!
Duties:
Prepare and audit billing files for attorney review
Work with clients for proper billing and payment procedures including e-billing
Create monthly billing reports and client statements
Create/maintain Excel files for billing reporting
Run billing reports and review for accuracy
Special projects as assigned
Required:
Understanding of billing procedures
Intermediate Excel skills (pivots V-lookups)
College degree is a plus
Accounting knowledge/experience a plus
