Location: Collierville, Tennessee
Under limited supervision, leads development and execution of product/portfolio strategies and plans, taking into account product life cycle stage and the customer experience.
Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in product marketing, economics, business, or related field.
Minimum Experience
Five (5) years work experience in functions focused on product management, market analysis or research, or equivalent.
More advanced degrees may offset experience requirements. A related Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Superior knowledge of competitive, market and economic factors affecting product performance and ability to perform fact based data analysis.
Expert communication and presentation skills, quantitative, problem structuring and solving skills.
Superior executive presence, human relations, networking and influencing skills.
Strong project management and project management leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Ability to provide leadership and subject matter expertise to advance the future state for Pickup PFS and NW2.0 activities. Additionally, a working knowledge of Transformation, Operational impacts and processes is valuable. The role requires collaboration across many working groups and teams to advance the development, Demand prioritization and implementation of preferred future state initiatives.

Additional Details: This position will be hybrid in Collierville, TN or Pittsburgh, PA and candidates must live within a 50-mile radius. Employees will be required to work at a FedEx Campus location several times per week.
