Conduct follow-up calls to recent customers who had their vehicle serviced with us to ensure satisfaction.
Use provided scripts to assess customer feedback and determine if further follow-up by a service manager is required.
Answer incoming calls to assist customers with information, schedule service appointments, and collect necessary vehicle and customer details.
Provide accurate estimates on maintenance and repair costs, as well as timeframes for completion.
Accurately document all call interactions in the system.
Address and resolve customer complaints or concerns while upholding high standards of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
1-2 years of experience in a related customer service or call center role.
