Your Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and collect outstanding accounts receivables to ensure accurate and timely reimbursement.
Analyze and resolve denied, unpaid, or disputed claims with creativity and persistence.
Leverage your knowledge of health insurance contracts to optimize collections.
Document actions, prepare adjustments, and manage financial arrangements effectively.
Serve as a trusted liaison for internal and external customers.
What You Bring:
At least 3 years of experience in a revenue cycle, collections, or healthcare billing setting.
Deep understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance billing practices.
Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to technology.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Physical & Remote Work Requirements:
Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods.
A secure, ergonomically sound home office setup with a strong internet connection.
