We are currently seeking Aeration Technicians. This position has bi-weekly pay (every other Friday vis direct deposit) and has a schedule that typically averages between 40-50 hours per week. The compensation package includes $18/hr. + overtime + commissions. This is a temporary outdoor general labor position. Position will start last week of August/beginning of September. It will end late October; however you could have the opportunity to become a year-round Lawn Technician based on your job performance!
As an Aeration Technician, you will be responsible for:
Aerating customers lawn
Seeding
Diagnosing and providing solutions for common lawn problems
Equipment maintenance (spreaders and aerators)
Providing excellent customer service
Working Saturdays- if needed
