Job Description:

The Central Technology Team within Arm develops key technologies which will form the foundation of future products.


You will join a multinational, multifaceted, collaborative and highly motivated Machine Learning Accelerator Architecture team in Central Technology to help craft the direction of our world leading Machine Learning accelerators.


You will need to have architecture and hardware/software development skills, and be able to think creatively. In this role you can expect to work with leading ML Accelerator Architects to prototype architectural improvements, propose and validate innovative architecture ideas. Your work will make a difference and enable Arm deliver industry leading future ML Accelerator designs.



What
you could be doing as a Graduate ML Accelerator Modeling Engineer?



  • Model proposed architectural features to ensure they meet the product needs.

  • Work with the engineering teams to deliver features into the delivery roadmap.

  • Propose new accelerator features and refine them with modeling and experiments.

  • Engage with product groups to ensure Arm's accelerator designs are industry leading.



We are looking for individuals who:


Hold (or are on track to hold) a Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience by the program start date. Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have relevant experience.


  • Strong academic background in computer architecture.

  • A strong programming ability, with skills in C, C++, Python, and the ability to work efficiently with large codebases and debug complex problems.



Qualities that will help your application stand out:


  • Familiarity with hardware accelerator design principles.

  • A history of thinking creatively, communicating and presenting effectively, together with a practical, organized and analytical approach to work.

  • Familiarity with common Machine Learning frameworks, such as PyTorch, JaX, or TensorFlow.

  • Excellent team working skills, self-motivated and results focused.

From: $122,128 per year


To: $165,232 per year

Salary Range:
$122,128-$165,232 per year
