Our rotation-based Graduate Program offers the opportunity to try a variety of roles and build up your skills and capabilities whilst promoting self-development. You will have a real impact on the success of Arm and its partners, plus the chance to forge your own career pathway.


  • 2-Year Structured Finance Graduate Program

  • 4 x 6-month rotations in various prospect teams (see below), followed by an established placement in a team

  • You will have a Program Line Manager, static for the full 2-year program, a Rotational Line Manager who will alter per new rotation, alongside a Buddy & Mentor to help with day-to-day activities


What you could be doing as a Finance Graduate?



Each team offers a new perspective and challenge. The rotations we offer could be in a blend of different teams and are subject to business demand. See below for a snippet of each potential area:



  • Controllership - Be part of accounting functions, financial reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and regulations.


  • Financial Planning & Analysis - Assist with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.


  • Revenue - Credit & Pricing - Manage and optimize revenue streams, ensuring accurate recording and reporting of all income sources.


  • Revenue - Strategic Revenue & Forecasting - Support strategies and plans to optimize revenue generation and growth for the organization.


  • SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting - Ensure compliance with SEC regulations and maintain technical accounting standards for accurate and transparent financial reporting.


We are looking for individuals who:



Hold (or are on track to hold) Bachelors or Masters in a relevant field (Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics). Candidates with alternative degrees will also be considered if they have proven experience.



Qualities that will help your application stand out:



  • Previous internship or work experience in a relevant field (Finance, Business, Accounting).

  • Positive and open-minded mentality with the capacity to learn and apply knowledge.

  • Good interpersonal skills with an analytical approach.

  • Any experience working with Tableau, Power BI, or SAP is a plus.
