Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an Alternate Site Administrator to join the Team!

Perform the responsibilities of Mission Command Task Order Manager and Mission Command Contractor Site Lead / Site Manager.

The mission is to provide initial and sustainment of MC Digital Training Instruction to Programs of Instruction (POI), Tenant Units, and Supported Non-Tenant Units that train at the Maneuver Center of Excellence (MCoE), Clarke Simulations Center, at Ft. Moore.

Specific Responsibilities

• Perform the responsibilities of Mission Command Task Order Manager and Mission Command Contractor Site Lead / Site Manager
• Use the current scheduling system referred to as the Enterprise Scheduling Capability (ESC) in use by the MCoE, Fort Moore, Georgia (FMGA) or its replacement to schedule classroom training, events, and exercises
• Be responsible for the performance of all work and deliverables for the project
• Use ESC (or its replacement) to schedule classroom training, resource utilization, events, and training exercises
• Provide an equipment accountability and status report periodically or as requested
• Provide the Mission Command specific information indicated on the JLCCTC-ERF tab and Additional Simulated Events tab on the Mission Command Training Support spreadsheet to the Clarke Simulations Center Simulations Training Division POC

• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated experience with scheduling software application, which includes resource and asset management
• Minimum of two years of verifiable experience as both an Enterprise Scheduling Capability (ESC) Level 5 Scheduler and as Training Support Material Army wide Tracking System (TS-MATS) Simulator Operator on the MCOE Site
• Verifiable experience with both ESC [or RFMSS (Range Facility Management Support System) as a military scheduling software application, in lieu of ESC] and TS-MATS [or TAMIS-R (Training Ammunition Management Information System – Redesigned) as a military resource and asset management system, in lieu of TS-MATS experience

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Work will be performed at an active Military Installation
• Familiarity with CAC card procedures; existing CAC holder preferred
