The Clinical Data Management/Database Architect Lead (CDDAL) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of clinical data management systems. The CDDAL role will involve collaborating with clinical research teams to ensure data is accurately captured, stored, and retrieved for analysis, which will include developing database architectures, defining data standards, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CDDAL will also manage a team of data managers and analysts, provide technical expertise in database design and data integration, and implement best practices for data quality and security. Additionally, they will be involved in troubleshooting database issues, optimizing performance, and supporting the development of data-driven strategies to improve clinical research outcomes. The CDDAL will report progress to the Program/Project Manager, customer, and inspiring team members to see the big picture and push toward shared goals.
