RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client, a well-established financial services company is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in Boston, MA. This client offers competitive compensation, opportunity for growth, great company culture. This position is scheduled as 100% on-site.

Duties:

• Senior Accountant will analyze and evaluate the financial performance of the company


• Preparing financial reports


• Conducting financial analysis


• Provide recommendations for improving profitability and efficiency


• Handle budgeting, forecasting and financial planning


• As a Senior Accountant, you will monitor industry trends


• Conduct market research


• Identify opportunities for growth and expansion


• Handle cash flow

REQUIREMENTS:

• BA degree in Accounting or Finance


• 2+ years of accounting experience and/or public accounting experience with clients in the financial services industry required


• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret and process complex financial data accurately


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications


• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team-oriented environment

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
