Job Summary:

The Systems Analyst will be passionate about technology and enjoy being part of a high performing, energetic team. This individual will enjoy living in both the functional and technical space, utilizing their business acumen in conjunction with their technical aptitude to drive business outcomes. The systems analyst will help create solutions that delight our customers, improve business processes, and experiment with new technologies. On any given day this individual could work with a client to troubleshoot a critical issue, assist with re-engineering a business process, research an emerging technology, or write an automated testing script to validate functionality.   • Deliver Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to design and implement solutions that enhance business processes and customer satisfaction, leveraging both functional and technical expertise.

  • Ensure Operational Excellence: Actively troubleshoot issues, optimize business processes, and develop automated testing scripts to maintain high-quality system performance and reliability.

Job Responsibilities: 


  • Bring ideas to life. Brainstorm with senior management, subject matter experts, and clients to identify features that will delight our customers.

  • Engage users to identify system requirements; develops specifications, procedures, and system modifications to meet these specifications.

  • Prepare documents to support development activities. This could include formal requirements documents, personas, user stories, process flows, system diagrams and the like.

  • Participate in testing activities. The successful candidate will help define test plans and then execute those plans using a hybrid approach of automated and hands-on testing techniques.

  • Work in a cross functional team to identify, prioritize, and address issues.

  • Clearly communicate ideas, issues, and opportunities to management and peers. This will take on many forms and include summary documents, formal presentations, and / or facilitation of working sessions.

  • Be a problem solver. Issues are never fun but the individual in this role will be able to chase down issues and identify the most appropriate solution to fix the problem.

  • Provide laser-focused customer service. We want our users, internal and external, to have a hospitable customer service experience.

  • Exercise stewardship of all GPRS resources


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or 2-5 years of directly applicable experience

  • Proficient at creating various business process flows, system diagrams, and related artifacts.

  • Understand basic programming structures and demonstrate basic use of a modern programming or scripting language such as SQL, Java, Java Script, VB.NET, C#, Python, etc

  • Working knowledge of relational database concepts

  • Familiar with automated testing tools a plus 

  • Experience in SDLC and / or Agile methodologies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders

  • Strong analytic and problem solving capabilities

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex or technical concepts. Articulating those concepts in writing and / or presenting them when necessary.
