Responsibilities
We are seeking a Network Operations Specialist to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain the company’s network infrastructure. The Network Operations Specialist is also responsible to install, configure, and support local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), Internet systems, and network segments ensuring that the network infrastructure is reliable, secure, and optimized for maximum performance. This is a full-time position reporting to the IT Business Partner Director at the Company’s corporate office located in Lodi, CA.
What You’ll Do
The planning, design and engineering of the enterprise data, voice and video networks.
Implementation of LAN/WAN data transport protocols.
Work with TSS Security on security devices, applications and protocols dealing with malware, phishing, intrusion detection and prevention, etc.
Assists in the design, implementation and maintenance of enterprise systems, programs, hardware and software.
Implement and maintain the AVPN, Internet and SDWAN networks.
Recommend LAN/WAN devices in accordance with Rollins and Clark policies.
Manage network circuits while working with vendors through ordering, trouble tickets, tracking and troubleshooting.
Work with vendors and carriers to ensure SLA requirements.
Responsible for Clark VPN access.
Promotes responsible usage and care of Clark Pest Control’s IT equipment.
Assist with the installation and maintenance of data lines within the enterprise.
Troubleshooting network backups and disaster recovery.
Collaborating with Rollins IT Network Engineers and Clark IT Support personnel on the implementation, testing, deployment and integration of network systems.
Assist in implementing telephony needs, changes and upgrades.
Network mentoring of all Clark IT personnel.
Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
Perform on-site and remote technical support.
Creates and maintains good network technical documentation.
