Job Description: Senior Director, Business Development (DOJ)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the Department of Justice (DOJ) business pipeline.
Identify, qualify, shape, and position opportunities for successful capture.
Leverage deep knowledge and relationships across DOJ and its Directorates, including the Attorney General Divisions, DEA, ATF, BoP, and USMS.
Achieve strategic growth by closing deals to support a $400M line of business.
Demonstrate expertise in pursuing GWAC/IDIQ task orders in the federal IT market.
Additional Responsibilities:
Evaluate potential business opportunities strategically.
Contribute to the company's overall business strategy.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and manage opportunities.
Assist in setting strategic marketing programs.
Cultivate strong relationships with key decision makers.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree is required and Master's degree is preferred.
10+ years related experience working in the Information and Technology federal government contracting environment
10+ years' experience in developing pipelines, strategic plans and new business budgets
Must have effective oral and written communication skills coupled with the ability to establish and maintain productive customer and industry participant networks
Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
