Current Need:



McKesson Medical Surgical is seeking a highly organized and analytical Workforce Management Analyst to effectively deliver three over several spheres of work: Reporting / Analysis, Forecasting / Scheduling, Administration of Workforce Management Technology (Verint), Intradiem and other areas related to workforce management or operational excellence.



Position Description:



The selected candidate will be the resident Subject Matter Expert responsible for optimizing workforce management activities and technologies by; providing detailed and timely reporting of contact center metrics, analyzing the incoming and outgoing customer contact channels to establish trends, establish staffing requirements, optimize resource allocation, monitor compliance, variances to scheduled shifts and other key performance indicators.


By partnering with contact center management, the selected candidate will be responsible to identify and implement best practices to optimize the use of department technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness, assisting in the development and deployment of systems and tools that assist in continuously improving overall workforce planning practices and deliverables.



Minimum Requirements:



  • 2+ years of relevant





Critical Skills



  • 2 years' experience with in-depth exposure to staff scheduling and reporting

  • 2 years' experience woorking with performance metrics and workforce analytics

  • Intermediate to advanced level of proficiency with MS Excel

  • Proven successful in designing complex reports and import/export data between applications is required.

  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills needed

  • Strong organization, project and time management skills

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with all levels of the organization.




Additional Knowledge & Skills



  • Experience in a formal workforce management team environment and knowledge of an advanced or automated workforce management software (preferably Verint and Intradiem) is preferred

  • Knowledge of common call center applications, telephony systems, metrics, key performance indicators and scheduling practices

  • Familiarity with business processes, procedures, workflows and creation of associated documentation

  • Experience with Cisco Telephony or other ACD/IVR technology is preferred.




Education



4-year degree in business or related field or equivalent experience preferred

Our Base Pay Range for this position



$64,900 - $108,100
