Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled IBM Master Data Management (MDM) Administrator to join our team in Reston. This is an exciting opportunity to work with the ODNI on a critical project, providing administration and expertise of IBM MDM SE version 11.x product implementation and customization based on customer requirements.
TS/SCI FSP is required for this position.
Requirements:
MDM Administration and Customization:
Review the current MDM environment and identify data quality gaps, performance issues, and configuration issues.
Design and develop customized MDM code and interfaces to support data correlation, probabilistic matching, and entity resolution.
Software Programming Initiatives:
Support innovation and enhancement using Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
Develop and direct software system validation and testing methods using Junit and Katalon.
Software Solution Integration:
Develop and integrate custom-developed software solutions to leverage automated deployment technologies.
Develop, prototype, and deploy solutions within Commercial Cloud Solutions leveraging Infrastructure platform services.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with team members, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters to ensure User Story alignment and implementation to customer use cases.
Communicate key project data to team members and build team cohesion and effectiveness.
Performance Analysis and Coordination:
Analyze through proof of concept, performance, and end-to-end testing, and effectively coordinate Infrastructure needs driven by developed software to meet customer mission needs.
Agile Development Lifecycle:
Support the Agile software development lifecycle following Program SAFe practices.
DevOps Tools Utilization:
Use industry-leading DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix bash scripting.
Document and perform systems software development, including deployment of build artifacts across different environments leveraging GitFlow constructs.
Project Tracking and Documentation:
Leverage the Atlassian tool suite like JIRA and Confluence to track activities.
Apply and identify best practices and standard operating procedures.
Customer Solutions:
Create innovative solutions to meet the technical needs of customers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with IBM Master Data Management (MDM) SE version 11.x.
Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, Python, SpringBoot, and Hibernate.
Experience with Junit and Katalon for software system validation and testing.
Proficiency in developing and integrating custom-developed software solutions for automated deployment.
Knowledge of Commercial Cloud Solutions and Infrastructure platform services.
Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle and SAFe practices.
Experience with DevOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, and Unix bash scripting.
Strong documentation skills and experience with GitFlow constructs.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Experience using Atlassian tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Ability to apply and identify best practices and standard operating procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Expertise in AWS Cloud.
