Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities? Join our collaborative Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist! Reporting to the US Talent Manager, you'll partner with hiring managers across the country to recruit top talent for a variety of roles in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with recruiting experience who's ready to take the next step, own their searches, and help shape our talent strategy.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Own the full recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates every step of the way
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver results
Use creative sourcing methods to find both active and passive candidates
Create and manage talent pipelines for high-need and niche roles
Promote Tradebe's employer brand through job postings, outreach, and community and school partnerships
Support compliance with hiring regulations and ensure a great candidate experience
Collaborate with the TA team to continuously improve how we recruit in the environmental services space
Take on additional duties and projects as needed to support the broader HR and recruitment function
Do you have what it takes?
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
Previous recruiting experience (agency or in-house); experience recruiting in skilled trades or industrial roles is a plus
Ability to manage multiple roles at once and adapt in a fast-paced environment; high-volume recruiting experience is a plus
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Confidence interacting with candidates and hiring teams across functions and locations
Willingness to travel occasionally for hiring events and meetings
A collaborative spirit and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

The compensation for this position ranges from $55,000 to $75,000 annually, based on location, experience, skills, and qualifications. Please note that the top end of the range is not guaranteed and does not represent a starting offer. This position is also eligible for bonus potential, in accordance with company bonus policies.
