Must-Have Skills:

• Strong experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows, Desktop Flows), including integrating AI Hub capabilities.
• Proficient in working with REST APIs, custom connectors, and webhooks.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, LLMs (e.g., GPT, Azure OpenAI), and prompt engineering basics.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote U.S.-based setting.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail when translating business needs into automation workflows.
• Experience building solutions in Copilot Studio or similar conversational AI platforms.

• Familiarity with Power Platform ecosystem (Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams).
• Experience with other flow-building tools (e.g. Workato, Zapier, Make, etc.)
• Background in Azure AI Foundry or similar Azure AI/ML development tools.
• Microsoft certifications (PL-500, AI-102, etc.).
