POSITION PURPOSE:
This Position is responsible for reviewing, reporting and analyzing financial results and trends in manufacturing, establishing and maintaining the standard reporting format for manufacturing plant key indicators, and completing projects that will create value through added efficiencies or deeper insights into the operations.

Experience
* Two years of business experience is preferred.
Skills
* Advanced computer skills including Microsoft products, specifically Excel, Access, Word, and Power Point.
* Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to build effective business relationships.
Education
* A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
* Maintain reporting for manufacturing finance using BI tools, EDW and Oracle to its fullest.
* Consolidate our daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for all operations.
* Maintain all key metric scorecards and reports.
* Develop and maintain the budget templates for all manufacturing related locations.
* Coordinate the reporting requirements with the plant finance teams.
* Administer the incentive process for hourly and salary manufacturing employees.
* Complete adjustments, reporting, and analysis for the monthly closing process.
* Review and analyze the variables that impact manufacturing cost metrics.
* Support group controller team with projects and analysis
* Lead the accounting work for the Corporate Engineering and Quality departments including AFE's and expense tracking.
* Recommend and complete tasks and projects that will drive improvements in our reporting and analysis.
* Maintain central resource repositories for manufacturing finance on SharePoint
* Supervisory Responsibilities:
* This position does not typically have supervisory responsibilities.

SCOPE - EXPECTATIONS:
* Language Skills:
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
* Ability to listen and communicate effectively with customers/clients in an effort to carry out responsibilities or respond to common inquiries from customers/clients, or members of the business community and public.
* Ability to develop presentations to be delivered to top management, public groups, and/or board of directors.
* Mathematical Skills:
* Ability to apply advanced mathematical concepts like exponents, algebra, and basic logic functions such as if-then-else statements.
* Ability to apply mathematical operations to such tasks as statistical and financial math calculations, determination of test reliability and validity, and analysis of variance.
* Reasoning Ability:
* Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
* Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
* Physical Demands:
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk and lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
* Working Environment:
* Typical office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. Some out-of-town travel. Occasional weekend work and extended evening hours may be required.
* Reports to:
