Pay Rate: $65,000 - $75,000 based on experience

Position Summary:

Manage all aspects of the Shipping Department.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily shipping operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper packing and labeling of goods.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock for shipping needs.
• Develop and implement efficient shipping procedures and policies.
• Create BOL's for both internal and external customers.
• Resolve shipping customer service issues by researching and sending tracking numbers.
• Hire and train new employees. Create SOP's to improve on new hire training.
• Manage special projects and observe them to completion.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience using RF handheld scanners preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of warehouse experience in a leadership role.
• Strong language communication skills.
• Capacity to work independently or within a team environment and follow direction.
• D365 expert and can train current and future employees.
• Strong computer skills and must understand most Microsoft applications. Excel, Word etc.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching.
• Continuous lifting/carrying of 25 lbs. or more up to 50 lbs.
• Positional: Frequent standing and walking.
• Gross Mobility: Climbing, frequent balancing, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
• Sensory: Rare tasting/smelling. Infrequent use of color vision. Occasional use of far visual acuity, depth perception, and field of vision. Frequent use of near and midrange visual acuity, and visual accommodation.
