AT&T has an opening for a Project Coordinator to support the Federal Government in providing project implementation and operations support.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
Junior PM skillset.
Individual will provide project analytics, critical thinking, project management support, customer service support, and administrative support for a team of 5.
Create status reports, facilitate requests, produce orders, identify issues with projects, work with customer complaints, and coordinate with internal and external teams.
Proof/QA incoming and outgoing work to ensure it is complete, correct, for the right audience.
Experience in in professional government settings.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in diverse workplaces.
Be a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to accomplish goals.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in standard computer software and job order / ticketing systems.
Required Clearance

Required Qualifications:
Project management of administrative or technical projects: 1 year (Required)
Technical background in IT and Telecom: 2 years minimum (Required)
Desired Qualifications:
Avaya VoIP & Legacy Voice/TDM knowledge and implementation experience
Strong skills with Microsoft applications; specifically: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and Visio are strongly preferred
This person must be able to wear multiple hats, working effectively with all departments
Our Project Coordinator's earn between $62,800 - $83,000. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
