• Bachelor's degree in fields like computer science or information systems, or equivalent experience.
  
  


• 5+ years of hands-on experience installing, configuring, and supporting a mix of data management, messaging, and administration tools.
  
  


• Strong expertise in Linux and Windows server administration.
  
  


• Experience with data flow, messaging, search, and workflow tools (RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, NiFi, Kafka, Camunda, etc.).

About The Role:



As a Systems Applications Engineer, you'll be the go-to expert for making sure our data and enterprise support applications go off without a hitch. From setup and maintenance to fine-tuning performance, you'll keep things running at their best so our teams can make smart, data-driven decisions. You'll collaborate with different teams to understand their needs, offer technical guidance, and help mentor junior team members along the way.


Here's a snapshot of what you'd be doing:

• Taking the lead on setting up, updating, and keeping our critical business and data applications running smoothly.
  
  


• Keeping an eye on performance, troubleshooting issues, and making sure our systems can handle growing data and usage needs.
  
  


• Owning tough technical challenges-working with vendors and internal teams to find solutions and keep everything reliable.
  
  


• Working closely with teams across the company to understand their needs, offering smart recommendations, and making sure our applications are set up for success.
  
  


• Staying on top of the latest tech and tools, bringing in new ideas to make our systems better, faster, and more efficient.
  
  


• Pitching in wherever needed (excluding licensed tasks) to help foster a supportive and collaborative team culture.

• You have a talent for keeping projects on track and managing multiple priorities without letting details slip through the cracks. Your structured approach allows you to bring clarity and order to even the most complex projects.
  
  


• You're a systems thinker who enjoys applying analytical skills to help provide solutions. "Why" is a question you ask a lot, and you know how to leverage data to find the answer.
